The Bill (Reg.№3447) envisages the determining of the legal, economic and organizational principles of the realization of the state and legal partnership in Ukraine.
According to the Bill, the state-private partnership is determined as "a system of relations between the state and private partners during the realization of which resources of both partners are united with the corresponding division of risks, responsibility and bonuses between them for the mutually profitable cooperation on the long-termed basis".
The main principles of such enterprises are:
equality before the law; prohibition of any kinds of discrimination and limiting of rights of private partners; coordination of interests etc.
